Define and champion the architectural vision and technology roadmap for TechOpsHub, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions, integrating AI capabilities for decision intelligence. Lead AI-first innovation by leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics to deliver significant business value. Establish and enforce best practices in engineering, architecture, security, and DevSecOps for optimal platform performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape product roadmaps, resolve complex technical challenges, and accelerate delivery. Mentor senior engineering talent, conduct architecture reviews, and cultivate an environment of technical innovation and continuous learning.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 14 years of technology experience, including at least 5 years in architecture leadership. Possess a strong software engineering foundation with proven experience in designing and deploying enterprise-scale applications and data-intensive platforms. Extensive expertise in cloud environments, particularly Azure, and a deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and integration architecture. Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategies and decisions across diverse teams and stakeholders.
