Lead the development and evolution of enterprise print architecture, encompassing cloud print management, secure print solutions, and endpoint integration.

Create future-state roadmaps, technical standards, and reference designs aligned with enterprise technology, security, and operational strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, security, and vendors, to define requirements and guide solution decisions.

Assess current print platforms to identify opportunities for modernization, automation, resiliency, and cost optimization.

Provide technical leadership for major initiatives such as cloud transitions and vendor platform implementations.

Evaluate and recommend new vendor technologies and platform capabilities.

Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture artifacts, documentation, and governance materials.

Influence technical direction and effectively communicate complex architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, coupled with over 8 years of dedicated experience in enterprise, solution, infrastructure, platform, or systems architecture.

Demonstrate a strong track record of over 5 years in designing, implementing, or supporting large-scale enterprise technology solutions.

Proven experience in developing technology roadmaps, architecture standards, future-state designs, and making sound technical recommendations.

Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, security, operations, vendor, and business stakeholders within complex enterprise environments.

Proficiency in evaluating vendor solutions, comparing technical capabilities, and supporting technology selection processes.

Solid understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, identity, security, endpoint management, and enterprise platform technologies.

Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills are essential for success in this role.
