Drive the development of foundational technologies and applied research powering next-generation AI. A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 4+ years of relevant experience, is required. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a similar field with 3+ years of experience, or a Doctorate with 1+ year of experience, is acceptable. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines. At least 4 years of industrial coding experience in C++, C#, C, or Python is essential. Additionally, 4+ years of experience applying deep learning techniques to end-to-end AI product development (e.g., Search, Recommendation, NLP, Document Understanding) and 2+ years with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow are highly beneficial. The ability to communicate technical details clearly, work effectively end-to-end on challenging problems, and experience shipping internet-scale AI products are also valued.
