Join our Enterprise Engineering team to design, build, and support critical enterprise applications and platforms. This role offers the exciting prospect of working with cutting-edge AI/ML and Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation to significantly enhance our enterprise applications and business processes.

You will be instrumental in the complete software development lifecycle. Key duties include:

- Designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining robust enterprise software applications. - Participating actively in requirements analysis, technical design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. - Building and enhancing backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations using Java, Python, and modern cloud platforms. - Resolving complex software defects, optimizing application performance, and ensuring production system stability. - Contributing to improvements in software architecture, scalability, security, reliability, and overall maintainability. - Developing automated tests, performing code reviews, and adhering to software engineering, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. - Supporting AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives by integrating advanced intelligent capabilities into our enterprise applications.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation and practical experience:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required. - A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience is essential. - Proficiency in Java and/or Python, coupled with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles. - Proven experience in developing enterprise applications, REST APIs, microservices, and backend services. - A good grasp of SQL, relational databases, cloud technologies, and software architecture principles. - Familiarity with debugging, unit testing, version control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted development tools is highly beneficial.
