Troubleshoot and debug non-routine issues across application layers and common services, proposing effective fixes. Partner with QA to define comprehensive test strategies, ensuring consistency across modules. Propose moderate design improvements to existing architecture.

Translate ambiguous requirements into scalable designs and implementation plans. Define and stabilize API contracts and dependencies, recommending build priorities based on data from incidents, telemetry, and customer feedback. Systematically incorporate external feedback into backlog refinement and mentor junior engineers, coordinating cross-functionally for feature delivery.

Design and develop software solutions, analyzing and identifying requirements to achieve business and operational goals independently. Adhere to and suggest improvements across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Utilize working knowledge to develop new software features and enhancements, creating documentation to clarify design and code.
