Design, develop, and maintain Workday reporting and analytics solutions, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports. Troubleshoot and optimize complex calculated fields and deliver reports, dashboards, and Discovery Boards across various Workday domains like Core HCM, Compensation, and Payroll.

Apply reporting governance standards, maintain documentation, and perform quality assurance. Partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable insights and support Workday releases by assessing impacts and completing testing. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and efficiency.

Requires advanced hands-on experience with Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, along with expertise in designing, troubleshooting, and documenting complex calculated fields. A strong understanding of Workday HCM data sources, business objects, and reporting security is essential.

Experience delivering analytics across multiple Workday domains in a global environment is necessary. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy and usability.
