Prepare standard reports, analyze market and engagement results, and conduct cost analysis and budget reviews. Identify root causes for variances and recommend corrective actions. Design and develop complex reports to meet user specifications. Tackle more challenging issues and special projects compared to junior analysts. Support Japan stakeholders with financial, operational, and strategic reporting, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting. Proactively participate in revenue and financial planning processes. Implement robust review mechanisms for teams and enhance existing reports through automation.

A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in reporting and accounting processes is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, a solid understanding of basic accounting concepts, and strong communication skills are necessary. The ability to interpret numbers and draw meaningful inferences, along with strong interpersonal skills for mentoring junior staff, is also key. Exposure to visualization tools like Power BI or SQL is beneficial.
