Key responsibilities include hands-on operational experience with a strong emphasis on data entry, tracker maintenance, and routine process execution. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables within defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Review, compile, and publish TAT analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients regularly. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and trackers. Manage teams and support daily operational workflows in a structured environment.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, including data entry and team handling. Essential skills include the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to meet deadlines, review and publish TAT analysis and KPIs, and maintain accurate trackers. The role requires a graduation qualification and a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions.
