The Senior Analyst role within the National Forensics - Investigations & Compliance team in Noida is an exciting opportunity to contribute to safeguarding and restoring enterprise reputations. This team assists organizations and their legal counsel in navigating complex investigations, disputes, and regulatory challenges by embedding integrity into compliance programs.

This role offers exposure to sector-agnostic teams, providing a well-rounded experience across various industries. You will be instrumental in enhancing governance, controls, and data insights to manage ethical and reputational risks effectively.

Develop strong analytical capabilities to support background verification and investigative review processes. Apply working knowledge of Background Verification (BGV) practices and compliance-oriented forensics procedures. Conduct accurate research and validate information from diverse sources to ensure data integrity. Proficiently prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports. Communicate findings effectively through clear documentation to support case handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver services while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

A graduate or postgraduate degree is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) is essential. Possess strong analytical skills to support investigative processes. Demonstrate proficiency in research and data validation from multiple sources. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports. Effective communication skills for clear documentation and case handling.
