This role is part of the National Forensics team within the Investigations & Compliance vertical. We empower organizations to protect their reputation and maintain stakeholder trust by investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. Our integrated approach enhances governance, controls, culture, and data insights to safeguard and restore financial and brand reputations.

Develop strong analytical capabilities to support background verification and investigative reviews.

Apply working knowledge of background verification (BGV) practices and compliance-oriented forensic procedures.

Conduct accurate research and validate information from diverse sources.

Proficiently prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring data integrity.

Utilize effective communication skills to clearly document findings and support case handling.

We are seeking individuals with a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV).

Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

A practical approach to solving complex issues, delivering insightful solutions, and demonstrating agility, curiosity, and creativity are essential.
