This Senior Analyst role within the National Forensics - Investigations & Compliance team in Noida focuses on safeguarding and restoring enterprise and financial reputations. You will assist organizations in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges by putting integrity at the heart of their compliance programs.

Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing checks for defects and errors, documenting known issues and their solutions, and identifying common internal mistakes. You will develop practical guidelines for staff, analyze data to pinpoint the root causes of problems, and generate reports on testing and review outcomes.

A relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement is essential to meet and exceed client expectations. You will recommend, implement, and monitor corrective actions to uphold quality assurance standards, configure tools as per client requirements, and identify and deliver process improvements.

To excel in this role, a Graduation degree from a renowned university (full-time) is required. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Improvement or Business Excellence, specifically within Background Verification, is necessary.
