Maintain meticulous records within systems, ensuring the integrity of data throughout verification processes. Validate information and documents against client guidelines to guarantee reliable background verification outcomes. Coordinate effectively with HR, educational institutions, and candidates to gather necessary information and achieve closure on verification checks. Efficiently track and update internal databases to meet defined timelines for verification completion. Uphold strong quality assurance standards through detailed data analysis, review, and follow-up to ensure compliance.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV). A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations.
