EY Forensic & Integrity Services professionals assist organizations in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. We enhance governance, controls, and data insights to safeguard financial and brand reputations, building trust in capital markets worldwide.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate system records and ensuring data integrity throughout verification workflows. You will validate information and documents against client guidelines to support reliable background verification outcomes. This involves coordinating with HR representatives, educational institutions, and candidates to gather necessary information.
Efficiently track and manage internal databases to close verification checks within defined timelines. A strong understanding of quality assurance standards is essential, enabling you to analyze data and ensure compliance through detailed review and follow-up.
The ideal candidate will possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation qualification, with a preference for postgraduate degrees. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) is required.
