This role is within the Investigations & Compliance unit, focused on helping organizations maintain stakeholder trust through ethical practices, legal adherence, and robust compliance programs. To excel in this role, candidates should possess a graduate degree, with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) being preferred. While not strictly mandatory, candidates with over 6 months of experience in Background Verification (BGV) will be given preference. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a preference for those with 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or 4+ years in HR Operations.
