As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring technical excellence through meticulous review of checks for defects and errors. You will be responsible for documenting identified issues and their solutions, noting common internal mistakes, and developing clear guidelines for staff. Analyzing data to understand root causes of problems and creating comprehensive reports on test and review outcomes are key duties.

A relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement is essential, aiming to exceed customer expectations. You will recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to uphold quality assurance standards.
