This role within our National Forensics Investigations & Compliance team in Gurgaon is crucial for protecting and restoring enterprise and financial reputations. We assist organizations and their legal counsel in uncovering facts, resolving disputes, and navigating regulatory challenges, ensuring integrity at the core of compliance programs.

You will conduct thorough examinations of financial documents to detect fraudulent activities and investigate complex financial transactions, preparing detailed reports of your findings. Performing audits of financial transactions and account details to ensure adherence to laws and regulations will be key. You will also prepare comprehensive reports on audit outcomes, proposing actionable solutions to management or relevant authorities.

Gathering information through interviews and collaborating with legal teams for court proceedings and expert testimony are integral. Developing and implementing forensic audit programs and control systems, staying abreast of the latest auditing techniques and legal changes, and maintaining ethical conduct while safeguarding confidential information are also vital aspects of this role. Efficient record maintenance in systems and Excel, information validation, and verification from sources according to client guidelines are expected.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Finance degree and have 0-1 year of relevant experience. We seek individuals capable of collaborative work across multiple client departments, adhering strictly to commercial and legal requirements.
