This role is within the National Forensics - Investigations & Compliance team, based in Gurgaon, and focuses on helping organizations protect and restore their reputation by investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges.

Our Forensic & Integrity Services professionals are dedicated to safeguarding enterprise and financial reputations. We work with companies and their legal counsel to uncover the truth and navigate complex situations. By integrating governance, controls, and data insights, we help organizations proactively manage ethical and reputational risks and implement robust compliance programs. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this Senior Analyst role include:

- Examining financial documents to detect fraudulent activities and investigating complex transactions. - Preparing detailed reports of findings and proposing actionable solutions. - Conducting audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. - Interviewing stakeholders to gather crucial information and understand transaction contexts. - Collaborating with legal teams for court proceedings and providing expert testimony. - Developing and implementing forensic audit programs and control systems. - Staying abreast of the latest auditing techniques, legal changes, and best practices. - Upholding ethical conduct and ensuring the protection of sensitive information. - Maintaining accurate records in systems and Excel, validating information from various sources, and verifying documents as per client guidelines.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

- A degree in Finance. - 0-1 year of relevant experience, making this role open to freshers. - The ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and effective solutions. - Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the capacity to maintain positive energy. - Adaptability and creativity in approaching challenges. - Strong analytical skills and a target-oriented mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - A commitment to ethical conduct and data confidentiality.
