Join EY as a Consultant in Forensics, Disputes and Investigations (FIDS) in Hyderabad. This role involves leading client engagements focused on financial fraud investigations, including asset tracing, money laundering, ethics violations, and regulatory inquiries. You'll also conduct FCPA and UK Bribery Act compliance reviews, fraud risk assessments, and provide support for dispute resolution, such as business interruption claims. Strong interpersonal abilities, report writing skills, and a keen understanding of client businesses are vital for success in this position.

Execute client engagements with a focus on delivering high-quality results according to engagement letters. Uphold the firm's risk management strategies, plans, and activities. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for client process improvement and formulate actionable recommendations.

Apply a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and leverage research for developing effective solutions. Review working papers and client files, suggesting improvements for engagement productivity and client service. Manage engagement budgets, support superiors in creating marketing materials and business proposals, and contribute to new solution/methodology development.

Contribute positively to team dynamics in internal engagements. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuously refine processes to enable the team to capture and utilize knowledge effectively.

To excel in this role, you need to be a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, possess a Masters in Business Administration, be a Certified Fraud Examiner, or hold an LLB.

We require 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, Process Diagnostics Reviews, or related fields. Experience with any of the Big 4 firms, Tier 2 firms, or large Corporate Internal Audit teams is considered an advantage.
