EY seeks a skilled Consultant to join our Forensic and Integrity Services (FIDS) team. This role involves leading and executing client engagements focused on financial fraud investigations, including asset tracing, anti-money laundering efforts, and assessments of suspected ethical violations. You will also conduct FCPA and UKBA compliance reviews, fraud risk assessments, and provide support for dispute resolution, particularly in areas like business interruption.

A strong interpersonal skillset, excellent report writing abilities, and a keen understanding of client businesses are crucial for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the quality and timely delivery of client engagements according to engagement letters. You will be responsible for adhering to the firm's risk management strategies and identifying areas for improvement within client business processes to develop actionable recommendations.

Employ a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and research. Review working papers and client files, suggesting enhancements for engagement productivity and client service. Manage engagement budgets and support senior team members in creating marketing materials, business proposals, and developing new methodologies.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment and actively participate in knowledge sharing to continuously improve team processes and leverage collective expertise.

To excel in this role, you should possess a qualification such as Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Master in Business Administration, Certified Fraud Examiner, or an LLB. A minimum of 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience is required in areas like Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, or Process Diagnostics.

Preferred qualifications include experience gained within any of the Big 4 firms, Tier 2 firms, or large corporate internal audit departments. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential.

You will also need to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and a willingness to travel to meet client demands.
