An Associate Consultant is sought to join an MSME Development and Facilitation Office. This role focuses on providing essential operational, program implementation, and stakeholder coordination support. The position also involves significant research and analytical contributions to enhance MSME facilitation and service delivery.

This opportunity is based at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office or Branch Office, offering a chance to directly impact the growth and efficiency of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The role requires a proactive individual keen on contributing to the MSME ecosystem.

Key duties include managing routine administrative and service-delivery tasks for the field office. You will address inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels, offering guidance on government schemes, registrations, and eligibility. The role also involves supporting beneficiary onboarding, application processing, and meticulous document verification.

Additional responsibilities encompass assisting with enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and industrial surveys to gather crucial field-level data. Effective coordination with government departments, financial institutions, industry associations, and educational bodies is vital. You will support the organization of outreach programs, workshops, and capacity-building sessions. Maintaining accurate records, including minutes, MIS reports, and field visit reports, is essential. Contribution to content creation, success stories, and scheme guides is also expected.

We are looking for individuals to contribute to MSME landscape reports, conduct sectoral assessments, and perform market research to identify local business opportunities and challenges. The role requires supporting the analysis of field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks. You will assist MSMEs in understanding regulatory requirements, quality standards, and accessing finance, market linkages, and export opportunities.

Participation in review meetings and undertaking other assigned tasks by the MSME field office, Development Commissioner (MSME), or Ministry of MSME are integral to the position. This role offers a comprehensive experience in the MSME sector and its operational dynamics.
