Your responsibilities will encompass supporting daily administrative tasks and service delivery activities within the assigned field office. You will manage diverse inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via multiple channels. Providing essential guidance on government schemes, registrations, and eligibility criteria is a key aspect of this role.

You will also be involved in the beneficiary onboarding process, including application processing, verification, and tracking. Assisting with enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and surveys to gather crucial field-level data will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you'll coordinate with a wide range of external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
