This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to MSME development at the grassroots level. As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in enhancing MSME facilitation and service delivery by providing essential operational, implementation, and analytical support.

You will be based at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office or Branch Office, directly impacting the growth and success of small and medium enterprises in the region. This position requires a proactive individual dedicated to supporting government initiatives and empowering entrepreneurs.

Key duties involve managing routine administrative tasks and service-delivery operations within the assigned field office. You will address inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels, offering crucial guidance on government schemes, registration processes, and eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities extend to assisting with beneficiary onboarding, meticulous application processing, and verification. You will also play a part in enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and collecting vital field-level data. Coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including government departments and industry associations, is a significant aspect of this role.

Further responsibilities include supporting the organization of outreach programs and capacity-building initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining essential records such as meeting minutes, MIS reports, and progress updates. Contributing to the creation of informational materials and conducting market research to identify business opportunities and challenges are also key functions.

The ideal candidate will support MSMEs in understanding regulatory frameworks, quality standards, and certification requirements. Assisting businesses with access to finance, market linkages, and exploring export potential will be part of your remit. You will also participate in regular review meetings and undertake any other assigned duties critical to MSME development.

This position requires a strong understanding of operational support, program implementation, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent research and analytical skills are essential for this role. The ability to effectively communicate and guide MSMEs on complex government schemes and procedures is paramount.
