Join our team as an Associate Consultant and play a vital role in strengthening MSME facilitation and service delivery. You will be based at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office or Branch Office, providing essential operational, program implementation, stakeholder coordination, research, and analytical support. This role is crucial for enhancing the support offered to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

Key responsibilities include supporting administrative and service-delivery tasks for the field office, managing queries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels, and guiding enterprises on government schemes, registrations, and documentation. You will also assist in beneficiary onboarding, application processing, document verification, and applicant communication. Field engagement activities like enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and industrial surveys are integral to this role, as is coordinating with a diverse range of government departments, financial institutions, and industry associations.

This position requires supporting program activities such as organizing awareness sessions, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records including meeting minutes, MIS reports, and progress updates. Additionally, contributing to the development of communication materials, market research, and analysis of field data to identify business opportunities and challenges is expected. Assistance with regulatory compliance, quality standards, market access, and export opportunities for MSMEs is also a key function. Participation in review meetings and undertaking other assigned duties are part of the role.
