Join our team as an Associate Consultant to support MSME Development and Facilitation Offices. This role is crucial for enhancing MSME facilitation and service delivery through operational, program implementation, stakeholder coordination, and research support. You will be instrumental in strengthening the MSME ecosystem.

This position offers a dynamic environment where you will engage with various stakeholders, including MSMEs, government bodies, and industry associations. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and development of small and medium enterprises.

Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth service delivery at the field office. Respond effectively to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels from MSMEs and stakeholders. Provide expert guidance on government schemes, registration processes, and eligibility criteria. Assist with beneficiary onboarding, application review, and tracking, ensuring timely communication. Conduct enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and industrial surveys to gather essential field data.

Coordinate with state government departments, district industries centers, financial institutions, and educational bodies. Organize awareness programs, workshops, and outreach campaigns to promote MSME initiatives. Maintain accurate records, including minutes, MIS reports, and progress updates. Develop informative materials like localized content, success stories, and scheme guides. Contribute to in-depth reports on the MSME landscape, sector analysis, and market opportunities.

Assist MSMEs in navigating regulatory frameworks, quality standards, and certification processes. Facilitate their access to finance, market linkages, and export opportunities. Participate actively in review meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the MSME field office or higher authorities.

This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. An understanding of MSME operations and government initiatives is beneficial. The ability to coordinate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders is essential for success in this position.
