This role involves supporting MSME Development and Facilitation Offices by providing essential operational, program implementation, and analytical services. The Associate Consultant will play a crucial part in enhancing MSME facilitation and service delivery through stakeholder coordination and research.

This position is based at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office or Branch Office, offering a hands-on experience in strengthening the MSME ecosystem. The focus is on delivering comprehensive support to facilitate growth and improve service delivery for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.

Key duties include managing administrative tasks and service delivery activities at the field office. You will be responsible for handling diverse queries from MSMEs and stakeholders via multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities extend to guiding MSMEs on government schemes, processing applications, verifying documents, and tracking progress. Assisting with enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and conducting industrial surveys will also be part of the role.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with various government bodies, financial institutions, and industry associations. Supporting awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives is crucial. Maintaining accurate records, including meeting minutes, MIS reports, and field-visit reports, is essential for operational efficiency.

The Associate Consultant will contribute to the preparation of informative materials, success stories, and simplified scheme guides. You will also be involved in MSME landscape reports, sectoral assessments, and market research to identify business opportunities and challenges.

Analysis of field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks will inform strategic improvements. Assisting MSMEs with understanding regulatory requirements, quality standards, certifications, financial access, and market linkages is a core function.

Participation in review meetings and undertaking additional tasks as assigned by superiors are expected. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support MSME development.
