Your core responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative tasks and service delivery at assigned field offices. Key duties involve guiding MSMEs on schemes, processing applications, and facilitating beneficiary onboarding. You will also conduct enterprise visits, support awareness programs, and maintain vital operational records.

Further, you will assist in creating informative content, conducting market research, and analyzing field data to identify business opportunities and challenges. Helping MSMEs understand regulatory requirements, financial access, and market linkages is also a crucial aspect of this role. Active participation in review meetings and undertaking other assigned tasks will ensure comprehensive support for the MSME ecosystem.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in administrative support, customer service, or program coordination is advantageous.
