Seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst to join our team in Kolkata, contributing to Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions within the GPS Industry Solution. This role focuses on enhancing MSME facilitation and service delivery through operational support, program implementation, stakeholder coordination, and robust research and analytical functions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between MSMEs and development resources.

Key responsibilities include supporting administrative and service-delivery tasks for field offices, managing inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders, and providing guidance on government schemes, registrations, and documentation. You will also be involved in beneficiary onboarding, application processing, document verification, and tracking. Field activities such as enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and data collection are integral. Coordination with various government departments, financial institutions, and educational bodies is essential.

Additional duties involve organizing awareness programs, workshops, and outreach campaigns, alongside preparing minutes, MIS reports, and progress updates. You'll contribute to developing IEC materials, localized content, success stories, and simplified guides. Analysis of field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks will be crucial. The role also entails assisting MSMEs with regulatory requirements, access to finance, market linkages, and export opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
