Join our team as an Associate Consultant, contributing to MSME development and facilitation. This role involves providing crucial operational, programmatic, and analytical support to strengthen MSME service delivery from an assigned MSME Development and Facilitation Office or Branch Office. You will be a key point of contact for MSMEs and stakeholders.

This position is based in Agartala, Tripura, with a connection to our Kolkata operations. You'll be instrumental in enhancing the MSME ecosystem through dedicated support and coordination.

Key duties include managing daily administrative tasks and service delivery for the field office. You will address inquiries from MSMEs via various channels, offering guidance on government schemes, eligibility, and necessary documentation. The role involves supporting the onboarding of beneficiaries, processing applications, verifying documents, and maintaining communication throughout the application lifecycle.

Further responsibilities encompass assisting with enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and conducting industrial surveys to gather essential field data. You will collaborate with numerous government departments, financial institutions, industry associations, and educational bodies. Organizing awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building sessions is also a significant part of this role.

Additional tasks involve preparing comprehensive reports, including meeting minutes, MIS, progress updates, and field visit summaries. You'll also help create informational materials, success stories, FAQs, and simplified scheme guides. The role requires contributing to landscape reports, sectoral assessments, and market research to identify business opportunities and challenges.

You will play a vital part in analyzing field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation issues. Assisting MSMEs with regulatory requirements, quality standards, certifications, financial access, market connections, and export potential is crucial. Active participation in review meetings and undertaking other assigned duties are also expected.
