Join our team as an Associate Consultant, stationed at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office or Branch Office. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing MSME facilitation and service delivery through comprehensive operational, program implementation, stakeholder coordination, research, and analytical support.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in the MSME sector. You will contribute directly to the growth and success of small and medium enterprises.

Key responsibilities include supporting daily administrative tasks and service delivery at the field office. You will manage inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels, providing guidance on government schemes, registrations, and required documentation.

Your duties will extend to assisting with beneficiary onboarding, processing applications, verifying documents, and tracking applications. Field activities such as enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and surveys to gather essential data will also be part of your role. You will coordinate with government departments, financial institutions, and industry associations.

Further responsibilities involve supporting the organization of awareness programs and workshops. You will prepare and maintain crucial operational records, including meeting minutes, MIS reports, and field visit reports. Additionally, you'll contribute to creating informative materials like IEC content and success stories.

Contribution to MSME landscape reports, sectoral assessments, and market research is expected. You will analyze field data and stakeholder feedback to identify implementation challenges. Assisting MSMEs with regulatory compliance, quality standards, certifications, financial access, and market linkages is also a key aspect of this role.

You will participate in regular review meetings and undertake other assigned duties by the MSME field office or higher authorities.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. While this is an entry-level position open to freshers, a proactive and analytical mindset is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective stakeholder coordination and MSME engagement. The ability to manage administrative tasks and contribute to research and analytical work is also valued.

Familiarity with government schemes, MSME operations, and basic data analysis will be advantageous. You should be eager to learn and contribute to the development of the MSME sector.
