Seeking a Senior Analyst to join our EDUT team in Kolkata, focusing on Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions within the GPS Industry Solution. This role is integral to strengthening MSME facilitation and service delivery.

The Associate Consultant will be placed at an MSME Development and Facilitation Office or Branch Office. They will be responsible for providing essential operational support, implementing programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting research and analysis to enhance MSME services.

- Support daily administrative tasks and service delivery at the assigned field office. - Manage inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various communication channels. - Guide MSMEs on government schemes, registration processes, and eligibility criteria. - Assist with beneficiary onboarding, application processing, and document verification. - Participate in enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and data collection in the field. - Coordinate effectively with government departments, financial institutions, and industry associations. - Aid in organizing awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building events. - Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, MIS reports, and progress updates. - Contribute to the development of communication materials and success stories. - Conduct market research and identify business opportunities and challenges for MSMEs.

This position requires a graduate-level education. Successful candidates will possess strong skills in coordination, research, and analysis. The role involves significant interaction with MSMEs and various government and industry bodies.
