You will be instrumental in enhancing service delivery and strengthening the MSME ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, addressing MSME queries via multiple channels, and guiding them on government schemes, registrations, and documentation. You will support beneficiary onboarding, application processing, and verification, alongside conducting enterprise visits and cluster mapping. Coordination with government departments, financial institutions, and industry associations is vital. Organizing awareness programs and contributing to the preparation of informative materials will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will analyze field data, identify business opportunities, and assist MSMEs with regulatory compliance and market access.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement and query resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, coupled with a proactive approach to assigned tasks, is highly valued. Familiarity with government schemes and the MSME sector is advantageous.
