This role focuses on supporting MSME Development and Facilitation Offices by providing essential operational, program implementation, and analytical assistance. The Associate Consultant will play a crucial part in strengthening MSME facilitation and service delivery, working directly within field offices.

Key duties involve managing daily administrative tasks and service delivery, addressing MSME inquiries via various channels, and guiding MSMEs on government schemes and application processes. Responsibilities extend to assisting with beneficiary onboarding, application tracking, and conducting enterprise visits for data collection. The role also includes coordinating with diverse stakeholders such as government departments and industry associations, supporting outreach events, and preparing various operational reports and documentation.

The position requires supporting MSMEs in understanding regulatory requirements, accessing finance, and exploring market linkages. An integral part of the role involves contributing to market research and identifying local business opportunities.
