As a Senior Analyst in Business Consulting Risk, you will leverage your expertise in risk and process/control frameworks. Your responsibilities will include assessing and documenting control designs, evaluating operating effectiveness, and conducting thorough process walkthroughs.

You will identify control gaps, support remediation planning, and contribute to client-facing risk advisory engagements. A structured, detail-oriented approach to process and controls evaluation is essential, along with strong consulting analysis and issue resolution skills. You will also be responsible for preparing high-quality working papers and risk assessment deliverables.

To excel in this role, a demonstrated track record in a senior analyst position within a Big4 consulting environment is required, with specific experience in business consulting risk engagements. A strong understanding of risk and process/control frameworks is crucial.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). While B.Tech is also listed, the emphasis is on relevant undergraduate degrees in commerce, business, or computer applications. You should possess a practical, problem-solving approach and the ability to deliver insightful solutions in a collaborative, agile, and creative manner.
