Analyze business and industry trends to identify client process improvements and develop actionable recommendations. Manage data analytics tasks, ensuring compliance with engagement plans and internal quality standards. Uphold awareness of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI, applying a solution-based approach to problem-solving. Manage engagement budgets and support superior in developing marketing collateral, proposals, and new methodologies. Cultivate strong client relationships, paying attention to detail and mentoring junior team members. Contribute to knowledge management within the practice.

Build robust client and internal relationships, sharing knowledge to develop new methodologies and internal initiatives. Focus on complex and specialized issues during procedure execution. Collaborate with the team and client to establish engagement objectives and strategies that adhere to professional standards. Advise clients on understanding and managing business risks, validating business information. Brief the engagement team on client's IA environment and industry trends. Maintain client management relationships to manage expectations regarding service, work products, timing, and deliverables. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of compliance, financial, and operational risks. Assess internal controls and the SOX framework to mitigate risk and apply solutions to client situations. Leverage extensive knowledge of client businesses/industries to identify technological impacts. Showcase excellent project management skills, fostering teamwork and responsibility. Utilize current technology to enhance service delivery. Understand EY's service lines and contribute to client solutions. A Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor or Master’s in Business Administration is required, with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work beyond standard hours is essential, along with a valid passport.
