Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality client engagements, reviewing working papers, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. You will analyze business processes to develop actionable recommendations, handle data analytics, and ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management procedures. The role involves managing engagement budgets, developing marketing materials, and fostering strong client relationships. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

Additional duties involve assessing internal controls and SOX frameworks, understanding client business/industry impacts from technological developments, and demonstrating excellent project management skills. A thorough understanding of compliance, financial, and operational risks is essential.

To excel in this role, you need a Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor qualification or a Master’s degree in Business Administration. We require 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit. Proficiency in risk management, internal audit standards (IIA and ICAI), and data analytics tools is highly valued.

Successful candidates must be open to significant travel (at least 50% of the time) and possess a valid passport. You should be prepared to work extended hours when necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with client teams and managing expectations effectively.
