This Senior Analyst role is within our Financial Services (FS) Business Consulting Risk practice, specializing in Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) in Mumbai. We help financial institutions navigate regulatory change, digital transformation, and competitive disruption by offering innovative solutions and driving sustainable value.

You will leverage your technical expertise and consulting skills to support technology-enabled risk and business transformation initiatives. This involves developing scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot and building responsive front-end interfaces with React. A solid understanding of FSRM domain concepts and risk management processes is essential, with exposure to AI and cloud platforms like GCP and AWS being advantageous for modern solution development.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across departments, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and creativity. The ability to sustain positive energy and adapt to changing environments is key. Experience with general consulting skills for risk and business transformation initiatives is also expected.
