This Senior AI/ML Engineer role focuses on leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare technology by leveraging your expertise in AI, LLMs, and Big Data Analytics.

Lead the complete lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, from concept to production deployment. Develop and implement advanced machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI techniques. Build, fine-tune, and optimize predictive models, LLMs, and AI agents. Design secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask. Develop responsive web interfaces with React or Angular, integrating them with AI services. Establish robust model evaluation strategies using appropriate metrics. Implement MLOps and LLMOps for seamless development, deployment, and monitoring.

Create reusable AI components, reference architectures, and coding standards. Lead architecture discussions, selecting optimal technologies and making critical trade-offs. Collaborate with Product Management, business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, and architects. Mentor and guide AI/ML and full-stack engineers through technical direction and best practices. Ensure responsible AI practices, human oversight, privacy, security, and compliance throughout the solution lifecycle. Investigate and resolve complex production issues, driving root-cause analysis. Communicate technical concepts and outcomes clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrate ownership, collaboration, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Possess 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on delivering AI/ML solutions and providing technical leadership.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with deep learning architectures and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Showcase proficiency in Python development and AI/ML libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy. Experience developing generative AI solutions with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain is essential. You should have experience designing secure REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.

Familiarity with cloud-based AI and data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or Databricks is expected. Experience with SQL and relational/NoSQL databases, along with data ingestion and transformation, is necessary. Proficiency with GitHub, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD practices is a must. You should be adept at deploying and monitoring scalable model training and inference workloads.

A solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, feature engineering, model selection, validation, and hyperparameter tuning is required. Proven ability to lead technical teams, decompose complex problems, estimate work, manage dependencies, mentor engineers, and drive full software development lifecycle delivery is key. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
