Design and develop cutting-edge AI-driven, cloud-native applications and intelligent automation workflows using Python, databases (SQL, Postgrace, Mongo, Oracle), and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

Build, integrate, test, and deploy advanced solutions including GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG for enterprise use cases. Create and maintain automation frameworks, validation engines, and data extraction capabilities to minimize manual effort and boost operational accuracy.

Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices with Java/Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js. Design and maintain responsive, secure web applications using modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, and TypeScript. Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Implement secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability standards for enterprise-grade delivery. Participate actively in architecture and code reviews, design discussions, and technical solutioning. Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, containerization, and automated deployment processes.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions across all environments. Partner with Quality Engineering for high-quality releases through comprehensive testing. Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and AI-enabled development tools.

Mentor junior engineers and cultivate a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Analyze and investigate solutions, providing expert explanations and interpretations.

Requires a Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience. Possess over 8 years of comprehensive experience in software engineering, cloud application development, automation, or AI solution delivery.

Demonstrate over 5 years of hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cucumber, React JS, Node.js, Python, SQL, and enterprise solution implementation. Have a minimum of 4 years of experience delivering production-ready AI, Agentic AI, LLM-based, GenAI, or RAG projects.

Proficient with Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms, including cloud-native design and deployment. Experience with AI productivity tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, and Claude is essential.

Solid hands-on knowledge of LLM-based frameworks, Agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI), and MCP-based patterns. Strong understanding of RAG patterns, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and cognitive services is required.

Excellent engineering fundamentals including APIs, microservices, scalable system design, testing, debugging, documentation, and secure development practices are critical.
