Design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions utilizing traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. Build sophisticated applications incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems. Develop and refine Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities for tasks such as text classification, summarization, information extraction, semantic search, and conversational AI. Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune foundation models using industry-standard frameworks and performance metrics. Implement Responsible AI principles to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, explainable, and reliable, while adhering to all company policies and directives.

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Possess over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics, with a minimum of 8 years in AI/ML engineering. The last 3+ years must focus on Generative AI technologies, including proficiency with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and model fine-tuning.

Demonstrate experience with AI/ML frameworks such as MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.

Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP is essential.

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, is required.

Proven hands-on experience driving the development of innovative AI and machine learning solutions.

Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and AI/ML development is necessary.
