This role is a Senior AI/ML Engineer position focused on developing and deploying cutting-edge optimization and AI/ML solutions within an enterprise environment. You will leverage your expertise to solve complex business challenges and drive innovation in healthcare.

Translate intricate business problems into effective AI/ML and optimization solution strategies. Design and architect production-ready solution frameworks. Develop, validate, and deliver successful optimization and AI proof-of-concepts, progressing them into large-scale production systems. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful production adoption. Partner effectively across business, product, engineering, and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of MLOps practices for experiment tracking, benchmarking, model versioning, and deployment automation. Potentially explore quantum computing concepts or quantum-inspired algorithms for optimization challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field is required. Possess 10+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML or optimization-focused roles, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale initiatives. Demonstrated experience with optimization frameworks such as Pyomo, OR-Tools, Gurobi, and/or CPLEX. Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks including PyTorch and/or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of combinatorial optimization and large-scale decision systems. Solid foundation in mathematical optimization, operations research, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and experimental design. Excellent programming skills in Python (NumPy, pandas, scientific computing) and SQL. Proven ability to analyze complex problems, design innovative solutions, and manage stakeholders effectively.
