Spearhead the modernization of intricate BSS landscapes within top telecommunications firms. Analyze processes, capabilities, and systems across Product & Offer Management, Order Management, Customer Service, and Billing & Revenue Management.

Design customer-centric processes, align them with system capabilities, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Develop target states and roadmaps for modern BSS, outlining essential transformation steps. Craft end-to-end customer journeys and assess their impact on processes, data, and systems.

Structure BSS workstreams for large-scale programs, support platform implementations, and strategically leverage AI and automation opportunities.

Possess a degree in (Business) Information Technology, Economics, or a related field, with strong academic performance. Bring a minimum of four years of relevant experience in BSS landscape transformation, gained through consulting or telecommunications roles.

Demonstrate in-depth practical knowledge of Product & Offer Management, Order Management, Customer Service, and Billing & Revenue Management. Familiarity with TM Forum Frameworx, eTOM, and leading BSS platforms like Amdocs, Netcracker, or Salesforce Industries is essential.

Experience structuring and implementing BSS workstreams within large transformation programs is required. You should understand end-to-end customer lifecycle processes and charging, rating, and mediation systems. Ability to bridge business process design with technical implementation and mediate effectively between teams is crucial.

Ideally, have some exposure to AI or automation in BSS, with hands-on experience with AI tools. Thrive in agile, interdisciplinary teams, be flexible, willing to travel, and communicate fluently in German and English.
