Lead the modernization of complex OSS landscapes for top telecommunications firms. Analyze and optimize processes, capabilities, and systems within service fulfillment, assurance, network, and inventory management. Develop target visions, capability roadmaps, and actionable steps for transformation. Design modern, microservices-based OSS architectures leveraging API-first and cloud-native technologies. Structure and guide OSS workstreams in large-scale programs within agile delivery environments. Integrate OSS, BSS, and network platforms, strategically incorporating AI and automation potentials.

A degree in (Business) Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with strong academic performance is essential, along with at least four years of experience in OSS landscape transformation, preferably in consulting or telecommunications. Deep practical knowledge of service fulfillment, assurance, network management, and inventory management is required. Familiarity with TM Forum Frameworx, eTOM, and relevant OSS products is expected. Experience in structuring and implementing OSS workstreams within major transformation programs is key. Understanding of modern OSS architectures and integration patterns like APIs, ESB, and event-driven systems is necessary. Prior experience with AI or automation in OSS, such as AIOps, is advantageous. You should thrive in agile, interdisciplinary teams, be adaptable, willing to travel, and possess strong German and English communication skills.
