Possess a degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Bring 2–4 years of experience in IT consulting, industry-specific roles, or technology-driven transformation within the consumer goods sector. Demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer goods business models, processes, and IT systems, with ideal expertise in areas like e-commerce, logistics, or sales. Comprehend concepts related to agentic AI, omnichannel, cloud, DevOps, data platforms, agile methods, and ERP modernization. Exhibit a passion for solving complex digital challenges and communicating solutions effectively at the intersection of business and technology. Thrive in collaborative, global team settings and possess flexibility for travel. Communicate complex topics confidently in both German and English.
