You will lead impactful projects using agile methodologies and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation, actively managing key project components.

Spearhead digital transformation initiatives for world-class companies, integrating comprehensive technical solutions with individual client requirements. Drive key projects forward by employing agile methods and contemporary approaches within strategic IT implementation, managing relevant modules effectively.

Facilitate the development of customized, forward-looking customer journeys by meticulously analyzing specific situations and considering current market trends like machine learning. Design and optimize unique IT architectures that align with enterprise solution needs, modern custom software development, and sustainable digital solutions, including robust cyber resilience measures.

Operate within an AI-enhanced environment, utilizing AI tools for client projects and assisting clients in building their own AI capabilities. This includes leveraging AI tools on client projects and supporting clients in developing their own AI expertise.

A degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field, with strong academic performance, is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, including successful transformation and implementation projects encompassing both strategy and operations.

Proven experience in leading project teams of more than three individuals is essential. A solid understanding of key terms such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics is expected. Initial hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong desire to enhance AI proficiency in a professional setting are also important.

Familiarity with all phases of developing successful IT organizations and processes is necessary. The ability to construct complex business cases and comfort working in interdisciplinary and global teams, with flexibility for travel, is highly valued. Excellent communication skills in both German and English for conveying complex topics are crucial.
