BCG Platinion is seeking a Senior AI Tech Architect to spearhead digital and AI-driven transformations for leading global companies. You will address core IT challenges, accelerating tech transformations from strategy to scalable solutions that deliver significant business impact. Shape the digital transformation of global leaders by evaluating digital capabilities and conducting feasibility studies. Manage agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, implementing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and ensuring technical delivery of critical digital requirements such as cyber resilience. Analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge IT architectures, leading teams and applying expertise in legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and market trends like cloud computing and microservices. Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.

A degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field with strong academic performance is required. A minimum of four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development is essential. Proven experience leading project teams of more than three individuals is necessary. Familiarity with modern tools and concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics is expected. Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures, coupled with a drive for continuous learning in AI, is important. Proficiency in popular software development methods and tools is required. Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, with flexibility for travel, is key. Excellent communication skills in both German and English for complex topics are vital.
