Spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced AI/ML systems to tackle significant business challenges. This includes designing end-to-end solutions, from data pipelines and model creation to deployment and integration. You will drive the development of cutting-edge AI capabilities in areas like NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI. Establishing robust ML pipelines and upholding MLOps best practices for scalability and reliability are key. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and provide technical leadership, including mentoring junior engineers and code reviews, will be integral to the role.

A Graduate degree or equivalent experience is required for this role. Essential expertise includes NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI applications. Proven experience building enterprise-scale AI systems with a focus on reliability, governance, and compliance is necessary. Candidates should have experience leading technical projects or mentoring teams. Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Ray, and an understanding of Responsible AI practices such as fairness and bias mitigation, are also expected.
