Responsibilities

Develop and deploy sophisticated AI/ML models and algorithms into production environments. Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders. Leverage advanced AI/ML techniques, including NLP, NLU, computer vision, deep learning, and ASR, to solve challenging problems. Apply deep learning for enhanced visualization, learning, and response capabilities in complex scenarios. Adapt machine learning for AI, robotics, and interactive product development. Work extensively with large-scale computing frameworks and data analysis systems. Utilize experimental methodologies, statistics, optimization, probability theory, and machine learning for tool building and analysis using various programming languages.

Qualifications

Requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is essential. Proven expertise in deploying and managing ML models on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is necessary, with 3+ years of experience. Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience utilizing cloud-native tools such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or GCP AI Platform for model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring). Additionally, 2+ years of experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is required. Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of AI/ML Engineering experience, familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Intelligent Document Processing, Dev/Sec/Ops, MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD tools, and a strong command of Python/SQL and core AI/ML libraries.
