Design and develop AI assistants and agentic workflow solutions. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. Develop pipelines for data ingestion, extraction, and retrieval from diverse sources. Implement advanced search strategies, including semantic and vector search. Engineer scalable AI services, APIs, and automation workflows. Create browser automation solutions using Playwright and Puppeteer. Deploy, monitor, and optimize containerized AI applications. Contribute to AI testing, evaluation, and benchmarking. Apply software engineering best practices like CI/CD and observability.

Requires strong Python development skills and experience building AI, ML, or data-driven solutions. Proficiency in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is essential. Familiarity with web scraping, unstructured data processing, Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines is expected. A good understanding of Azure and cloud-native architectures is necessary. Experience with AI testing, model evaluation, and performance optimization is a plus. Expertise in agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and advanced retrieval techniques is highly valued. Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) and model serving (vLLM, SGLang) is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
