As a Senior Domain Architect, you will focus on insurer transformation, encompassing policy, underwriting, claims, and customer servicing. Your expertise will translate business and regulatory objectives into secure, Azure/GCP-centric cloud, data, and AI architectures, including agentic AI. This position offers a hybrid work model and client-facing responsibilities.

Lead the business domain and technical architecture for insurer transformation initiatives, covering policy, underwriting, claims, billing, actuarial, distribution, and customer servicing.

Translate complex business and regulatory goals into robust, secure cloud architectures, primarily leveraging Azure and GCP, with a focus on data, AI, and agentic AI.

Provide strategic architectural guidance on insurance transformation programs, including core platform modernization, digital customer journeys, advanced data and analytics platforms, automation strategies, cloud migration roadmaps, and enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Define and guide canonical data and integration patterns across key insurance systems, including policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, broker portals, data platforms, and SaaS/COTS solutions.

Lead domain-focused workshops with diverse stakeholders across product, operations, actuarial, risk, compliance, security, and engineering teams, both in India and internationally.

Ensure architectural oversight through the application of insurance reference architectures, architecture decision records, comprehensive non-functional requirements, and rigorous risk and compliance reviews.

A minimum of 13 years of experience in technology or consulting is required, with at least 5 years dedicated to architecture and 5 years focused on insurance transformation programs.

Possess deep insurance domain knowledge in at least one major line of business such as P&C, life, health, or reinsurance, coupled with a strong understanding of policy administration, billing, claims, and underwriting processes.

Demonstrate hands-on architectural proficiency in Azure and GCP, along with practical familiarity with AWS, hybrid integration strategies, identity management, network security, and cloud governance principles.

Exhibit strong capabilities in data and integration, including APIs, event-driven architectures, lakehouse/warehouse concepts, master data management, document processing, workflow orchestration, microservices, and seamless integration with COTS/SaaS insurance systems.

Possess solid expertise in AI and agentic AI architecture, covering LLMs, RAG techniques, multi-agent patterns, vector databases, LLMOps/GenAIOps, model evaluation methodologies, effective guardrails implementation, and understanding of AI-related risks.

Have working knowledge of privacy regulations, consent management, auditability requirements, and regulatory expectations relevant to Indian and EU markets, including GDPR where applicable.

Exhibit excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence both business and technology stakeholders across different time zones.
