Lead the design of AI-driven target architectures and conceptualize AI-powered Software Factories, including agentic software factories and enterprise-scale autonomous software development.

Develop and own AI-driven delivery pipelines that translate development processes, engineering standards, and architectural principles into machine-executable workflows.

Establish secure AI engineering environments by designing robust governance mechanisms with multi-layer verification, clear identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability.

Implement and oversee evaluation and security measures, such as automated testing, compliance checks, and red-teaming for AI systems, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.

Translate complex enterprise knowledge into machine-readable formats, including architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules, to enable autonomous software development.

Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic record.

Bring at least four years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or software engineering, with a significant focus on AI.

Demonstrate experience leading project teams of more than three individuals.

Analyze, design, and optimize advanced custom IT architectures, utilizing a deep understanding of legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and current technology trends like Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.

Have practical experience with AI systems, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, and machine learning platforms.

Be proficient in modern software delivery practices, such as DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and platform engineering.

Familiarity with concepts like Agent Assembly Line, Execution Harness, and Context Engineering is essential for integrating them into secure, scalable enterprise architectures.

Effectively translate complex business needs into technical architectures and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.

Thrive in interdisciplinary and global team settings, with a willingness to travel.

Fluency in both German and English is required for effective communication of complex technical concepts.
